As a Senior Consultant for Browning Dudley, Corp., Susan LaFrankie utilizes both traditional/social media creating strategic public relation campaigns, train CEOs, C-Suite Executives and other professionals on how to effectively respond to the media and other external and internal audiences by creating powerful meaningful messages. She also critiques and instructs clients on verbal delivery, body language and content development. Her extensive media background has made expert in crisis communication response. As a television journalist she researched, wrote, edited and produced daily news stories under tight deadlines. She was in-charge of directly/supervising news crews and working with a team of producers, editors and directors.
As an adjunct Instructor at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania she taught MBA students (for 12 years) how to create impactful messages and handle media interviews. She now do the same as a Core Professional Associate at La Salle University.
